Moss Named a GCAA All-America Scholar

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Sebastian Moss of the University of Louisville men's golf team was announced have been named 2023-24 GCAA All-America Scholars for NCAA Division, the organization announced on Thursday
The junior from Pearland, Texas earned academic accolades for the second-straight season after earning a 3.62 grade point average as a marketing major. An All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection, Moss  owned a team best 71.72 average and became the first player in school history to win back-to-back tournaments when he won the Bearcat and Rod Myers Invitational earlier this fall with combined scores of 23-under-par.
Moss earned All-Region accolades after he led the team with five top-10 finishes, which included tying a school record with a pair of wins during the season.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
