SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Louisville men's basketball looks to continue its momentum on the road at Syracuse at 7 p.m. ET Wednesday in Syracuse, N.Y. The game will air on ACC Network.

The Cardinals are coming off a 101-92 home win over Florida State on Saturday, in which three players set new career highs in scoring. Syracuse is coming off back-to-back losses at Boston College (80-75) and at Wake Forest (99-70).

Louisville leads the all-time series 19-12, but trails 4-7 on the road. The Orange have won four of the last five, including a 70-69 victory last year in Louisville.

• In Saturday's win over Florida State, Louisville had four players score at least 18 points for the first time since Feb. 1, 1989, against Virginia Tech. Brandon Huntley-Hatfield (29 points) and Ty-Laur Johnson (27) became the first Cardinals to both score at least 27 in the same game since Larry O'Bannon and Taquan Dean did it against Charlotte in 2005.

• Freshman guard Ty-Laur Johnson was named ACC Rookie of the Week on Monday after posting career highs with 27 points, 11 assists and six rebounds against Florida State. He's the first Cardinal to have at least 20 points, 10 assists and five rebounds in a game in program history, and he's the only player in the country to achieve his stats against a Division I opponent this year – as well as just the fourth player in the last eight seasons to do so against a Power 5 foe. His 27 points were also the most by an ACC freshman this season.
