Louisville matches school record with 18 All-ACC Field Hockey Academic Team selections

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The University of Louisville placed 18 student-athletes on the 2023 All-ACC Academic Team as announced by the league office today. This marks the second straight season with a school-record 18 selections.

Emilia Kaczmarczyk, Julie Kouijzer and Aimee Plumb earn the honor for the fourth straight year and are joined by: Izzy Bianco, Chloe Cuzzupe, Mia Duchars, Tyler Everslage, Niamh Gowing, Tatum Kroon, Lauren Masters, Lara Niebler, Sofia Pendolino, Chloe Plumb, Jane Ramsay, India Reed, Minna Tremonti, Merlijn van der Vegt and Rylie Wollerton.

Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
