LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville men's basketball is back home against Pitt at 12 p.m. ET Saturday at the KFC Yum! Center. The game will air on The CW, which reaches 100% of U.S. television households. Its affiliates include WBKI-TV in Louisville.

The Cardinals opened 2024 with a 77-53 road loss at Virginia on Wednesday night. Pitt dropped a 70-57 decision at home to North Carolina on Tuesday to fall to 0-3 in ACC play.

Louisville is 21-9 all-time against Pitt, including a 12-2 mark at home. The Panthers have won three straight in the series after previously losing 17 of 18 dating back to 2011.

• UofL announced Thursday that freshman center Dennis Evans will not be medically cleared to compete at the University of Louisville moving forward. He remains a member of the program at this time. Also in Thursday's statement: "We are disappointed by the news and will not be releasing any additional information out of respect for Dennis' privacy."
