Track & Field Takes Part in UofL Spring Sports Media Day

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville director of track & field and cross country Joe Franklin, along with student-athletes Trey Allen and Kiyah Yeast, met with local media on Tuesday afternoon to preview the upcoming season at UofL's annual Spring Sports Media Day.

Franklin, in his first season at Louisville, returns six NCAA All-Americans from a season ago (including Allen and Yeast), while also having added five more in the transfer portal during the offseason.
The Cardinals will continue the 2024 season on Friday, Jan. 19 at the Bellarmine Open, which will take place at the Norton Healthcare Sports and Learning Center in Louisville.
