
Women’s Golf Announces 2023-24 Schedule

The Cardinals will begin the fall season at the Boilermaker Classic on Sept. 4
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Head coach Whitney Young and the University of Louisville women's golf team have announced their schedule for the upcoming 2023-24 season. The Cardinals will play in nine tournaments between the fall and spring before the ACC Championships in late April.
The Cardinals open the fall season on Sept. 4-5 when they travel north to West Lafayette to compete in the Boilermaker Classic. The two-day event will be held at the Kampen Course on Purdue's campus.
The Cardinals will stay in the area for their next tournament on Sept. 22 when they head to Nashville to compete in the Mason Rudolph Championship, hosted by Vanderbilt. The three-day tournament will take place at the Legends Course and the Cardinals last competed in this event in 2021, when they finished ninth as a team.
Up next in the fall is a trip to Chicago to compete in the Windy City Collegiate Classic. Northwestern hosts the event at Exmoor Country Club and it will be a two-day event starting on Oct. 2.
After a week off, the Cardinals will be heading to Knoxville for the Mercedes Benz Intercollegiate. Hosted by Tennessee, the tournament will be played at the Cherokee Country Club and it will take place over three days starting on Oct. 15.
The final tournament of the fall will be The Ally, hosted by Mississippi State at the Old Waverly Country Club. The three day event will start on October 23 and wrap up on October 25.
To warm up for the spring season, the Cardinals will have a head to head match against Indiana down in Naples, Florida on January 16.
The first spring tournament will take the Cardinals to Guadalajara, Mexico for the Collegiate Invitational. Virginia is hosting the tournament and it will be played at the Guadalajara Country from Feb. 2-3.
The seventh annual Moon Golf Invitational is next on the schedule from Feb. 18-20. The Cardinals home tournament will be held at the Suntree Golf Club down in Melbourne, Florida.
A trip to Georgia is up next for the Cardinals as they travel to Augusta for the Valspar Augusta Invitational. The three-day tournament will start on March 10 and be held at the Forest Hills Golf Course.
The final regular season tournament will take place at the Clemson Invitational. The three-day event will begin on Mach 22 and it will take place at The Reserve at Lake Keowee.
The ACC Championship is up next from April 18-21 and it will be held at Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, North Carolina. NCAA Regionals will follow from May 6-8 and the NCAA Championships will be held at the Omni La Costa Resort from May 17-22.
