Reed Named to NFHCA Division I Senior Team

India Reed earns NFHCA Senior Team Honors
The University of Louisville's India Reed has been selected to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division I Senior Team as announced by the organization today.

Reed is one of 38 student-athletes from 30 different Division I schools who earned the honor. Read the complete NFHCA release here.
Reed, a redshirt senior defender from Louisville, Ky. (duPont Manual) was an integral part of Louisville's defensive unit which stands among the top five nationally with a 1.08 goals against average along with six shutouts on the season. The team co-captain helped the 10th-ranked Cardinals to a 15-7 overall with a 3-3 mark in  ACC play, reaching the semifinals of the conference championship and advancing to the quarterfinals of the NCAA tournament.

Throughout her career, Reed played in all 82 games helping the Cardinals to a pair of ACC regular season titles in 2020 and 2021 and four straight NCAA tournament appearances including the 2020 Final Four and the 2023 quarterfinals.
