Daley Named Head Coach for the U20 Canadian National Team

Daley won silver medals with the Canadian National team at the 2017 World Cup in England and the 2017 World Games in Poland.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville women's lacrosse assistant coach, Allison Daley, was named the head coach for the U20 Canadian National Team.

Daley, who was just named to the Canisius Athletics Sports Hall of Fame, played for Team Canada at the 2017 Federation of International Lacrosse Women's Lacrosse World Championship. Daley won silver medals with the Canadian National team at the 2017 World Cup in England and the 2017 World Games in Poland.

The Canadian native served as the associate head coach for current UofL head coach Scott Teeter for Team Canada at the 2019 U-19 World Championship. In 2022, Daley helped Team Canada earn a silver medal at the World Cup in Towson, Md. After that, Team Canada took down Team USA, earning a gold medal during the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, Alabama.

Daley is in her second season as an assistant coach for the Cardinals. She joined the women's lacrosse staff in June of 2021.
