Plumb Named to NFHCA Collegiate Watch List

The University of Louisville's Aimee Plumb was named to the inaugural National Field Hockey Coaches Association's Inaugurate College Watch List as announced by the organization today.

Plumb is among 254 collegiate student-athletes across all three divisions on the list which is intended to represent those collegiate student-athletes with the strongest potential for consideration to the 2022 NFHCA All-Region and All-American teams.

The junior forward from Canterbury, Kent, England leads the fourth-ranked Cardinals with four assists and stands second with eight points (2G, 4A). Plumb was a 2022 Preseason All-ACC selection entering this season.

Last season Plumb earned 2021 NFHCA All-America third team honors after registered a career-high seven goals. The two-time NFHCA All-West Region honoree (2020, 2021) was also named to the 2021 All-ACC first team.

Louisville (6-0) will play host to No. 2 North Carolina on Friday at 3 p.m. and Fairfield on Sunday at 2 p.m.
