Trey Allen Set to Compete at Alex Wilson Invitational

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville track and field will travel Trey Allen to the Alex Wilson Invitational Saturday, Feb. 19 at the Loftus Sports Center in South Bend, Ind.
Allen will compete in the men's high jump event at 12 p.m. ET. This weekend marks the first action for the junior since the Blazer Invitational on Jan. 14, where he recorded a height of 2.11m (6-11) to take the event. His personal-best mark of 2.18 (7-1.75) achieved in the season-opener Cardinal Classic remains 19th nationally.
Saturday will provide Allen another opportunity to secure a top-16 qualifying mark before postseason competition opens at the ACC Championships on Feb. 24-26.
