LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville plays its first of two straight at home and its first home game in 15 days as the Cardinals face the Miami Hurricanes on Wednesday at 7:04 p.m. ET. UofL will celebrate black excellence in the Louisville community during the game.Â
Louisville fell 63-57 at ACC co-leader Notre Dame on Feb. 9 as Jae'Lyn Withers led the Cardinals with 20 points and three steals, tying his career scoring high. Â UofL fought back from a 14-point deficit to take the lead with 6:14 remaining, but Notre Dame pulled away as the Cards made just one of their last nine field goal attempts.
Withers has averaged 9.7 points and 4.4 rebounds over the last seven games while shooting 50 percent from the field (27-54), scoring in double figures in four of those seven (three straight; averaging 15.0 ppg in the last three). He averaged 4.2 points in the first 17 games of the season.

- Louisville forward Matt Cross played his freshman season at Miami last season, scoring 16 points while making 4-of-6 three-pointers against the Cardinals in last year's matchup.
