
Hartlage and Ryskova Named to the All-ACC Academic Team

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville women's golfers Lauren Hartlage and Hana Ryskova were named to the All-ACC Women's Golf Academic Team, the league announced on Thursday.
To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.0 grade-point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.
Hartlage concluded her career as one of the most successful golfers in school history. She was just as productive in the In the classroom, posting a 3.50 grade point average and concluded her career with a 3.897 GPA. She was named a WGCA All-American Scholar three times during her career and a four-time all-ACC Academic honoree.
Hartlage finished 12th at the NCAA Championship last week in Scottsdale, Ariz. It was the sixth-best finish for a UofL individual at the NCAA Championship in school history.
The senior set a school career record with a 72.53 stroke average in 138 rounds. She is the first Louisville golfer to average below par for a season. Hartlage finished in the top-10 in four of the six tournaments in which UofL competed.
A fifth-year senior, Hartlage was named to the All-ACC team for the fourth time with the Cardinals, making her the fourth player in program history to earn all-conference honors at least four times during a career. Hartlage joins Cindy LaCrosse (2006-09), Sara-Maude Juneau (2008-11), Laura Anderson (2008-11) as the only players in school history to earn all-league honors at least four times during their careers.
Hartlage finished the 2021 season with a 72.05 stroke average in 22 rounds this season, which ranked seventh in the ACC this season. She has finished in the top 10 in three of the seven tournaments this spring and holds the school record with 23 top-10 endings in her career.
A 3.238 marketing major this spring, Ryskova owns a 3,420 cumulative GPA and is a UofL Red and Black Scholar and was also named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
On the course, Ryskova posted a 74.00 stroke average in six events this spring. She placed 10th at the difficult Liz Murphey Intercollegiate and finished 13th at UofL's Moon Golf Invitational.
