
Zuska Posts Top-10 Finish at the Blessings

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Jiri Zuska finished with a 3-under-par 213 to lead the University of Louisville men's golf team to an eighth-place finish at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational at the Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Ark.
Arkansas won the tournament at 18-under-par, while Arizona was second and Ole Miss was third.
Entering the day in the top three, Zuska fired a 3-over-par 75 to close the tournament in a tie for ninth place, which was his second-straight top 10 finish. The senior started off with consecutive rounds of 69 to hang in contention before shooting that 3-over on Wednesday.
Chris Francoeur had the round of the day for the Cards, shooting a 1-under-par 71 to tie for 15th overall with an even-par 216. Walker Franklin tied for 38th after he finished the week with a 9-over-par 225, while Max Kennedy tied for 42nd with his three-day total of 226. Hugh O'Hare tied for 51st with a 16-over-par 232.
The Cardinals return to action on Oct. 10-12 at the Bank of Tennessee Collegiate.
