Louisville student-athlete quotes on the weekend ahead:
Â
"I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of competition this weekend and competing with my teammates. We've all been putting in a lot of work and effort in this long offseason so I can't wait to see what we can accomplish as a team," said redshirt sophomore Aliyah Welter.
Â
"Obviously, I love track, but practicing year-round gets repetitive," said Micah Oberhausen. "Traveling plays a big part - getting to go out and compete gives me a whole different energy. Another big part is finally getting to reach my goals. Everything I do comes down to these few championship meets."
