- Wake Forest won the tipoff.
- The Cardinals improve to 20-3 on the season.

- Louisville's starting five featured junior Darius Perry, graduate student Lamarr Kimble, junior Jordan Nwora, redshirt-senior Steven Enoch and redshirt-senior Dwayne Sutton.
- It is the 10th straight game the Cardinals have used this starting lineup.
- UofL overcame a 15-point first half deficit (44-29 with 2:11 left).
- The Cards overcame a double-digit deficit for the second time this season (11 points vs Georgia Tech).
- It's the largest comeback since being also down 15 points to Miami on Jan. 6, 2019.
- Louisville erased a 12-point halftime deficit thanks to a 15-0 run during a stretch of 3:48 early in the second half.
- The Cards had an extended run of 20-2 over a 5:03 stretch.
- UofL now has four scoring runs of 15-0 or better this season.
- The Cardinals have now gone on 41 runs of 8-0 or better for the season.

- Dwayne Sutton tallied a double-double with 15 points and a team-high 11 rebounds.
- It was the 10th double-double of Sutton's career and his fifth this season.
- Sutton has grabbed at least 10 rebounds 10 times this season, including six of the last 11 games.
- Sutton has led the Cardinals in rebounding in 11 games during the year.
- His 15 points were one shy of his season-best 16 in the season opener at Miami.
- Sutton surpassed 700 career points at Louisville (703) and 1,100 for his collegiate career (1,111).
- Sutton was 8-of-10 from the free throw line on Wednesday, both of which were career highs.
- The senior also handed out four assists, the fifth time this season he has recorded four or more.
- Lamarr "Fresh" Kimble scored a season-best 14 points in the victory.
- Kimble hit a season-high three three-pointers and matched his season-high with four rebounds.
- Kimble dished out four assists as well, giving him nine games with at least four helpers.
- Ryan McMahon came off the bench and scored 12 points in 21 minutes.
- McMahon was 3-of-5 from the three-point line, making him 20-for-38 (.526) from outside over the last nine games.
- McMahon has made a three-pointer in 21 of 23 games this season and is just four makes shy of cracking Louisville's top 10 list for career makes.
- Just over four minutes into the second half, McMahon made his third three of the night and was fouled on the play. The converted free throw was Louisville's first four-point play since Deng Adel accomplished the feat against Miami on Feb. 11, 2017.
- Steven Enoch and Malik Williams each finished with 11 points in a combined 40 minutes.
- It was the 14th double-digit scoring effort of the season for Enoch and sixth for Williams.
- The two have combined to average 18.4 points and 11.5 rebounds over the last 16 games while splitting minutes at center.
