800 Free Relay Was Atop the Podium
The University of Louisville Cardinals won gold on the first night of the 2020 ACC Men's Swimming and Diving Championships. The Cards sit in eighth after three events.

The Cards hit gold in the 800 free relay with a time of 6:12.02 won by Nick Albiero (1:32.45), Colton Paulson (1:32.87) Andrej Barna (1:33.29) and Sam Steele (1:33.41).

NC State is leading with 243 points ahead of Florida State (237), Virginia (218), UNC (214), Miami (197), Virginia Tech (186), Duke (182), Louisville (168), Georgia Tech (134), Notre Dame (132), Pitt (117) and Boston College (66).
