LOUISVILLE, Ky.-- Winners of seven straight games, Louisville opens the month of February with its second straight on the road as the Cardinals face the NC State Wolfpack in Raleigh, N.C. on Saturday.

Louisville won 86-69 at Boston College on Wednesday as Jordan Nwora scored a career-high 37 points, the highest scoring total for an ACC player this season and the seventh-highest total in UofL history. Nwora made a career-best seven of the Cardinals' season-high matching 12 threes, and he added nine rebounds as UofL held a 43-29 advantage on the boards. It was Louisville's 153rd consecutive victory when scoring at least 85 points in regulation.

Louisville has four players averaging eight or more points a game. Junior Jordan Nwora leads the team in scoring with 19.5 points per game, while pulling down 7.4 rebounds a game.  Steven Enoch is second on the team in scoring and rebounding with 10.6 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.  Dwayne Sutton averages 9.1 points while leading the team in rebounding with 8.6 per game.   Perry leads the team with 69 assists.

After winning three straight, the Wolfpack (14-7, 5-5 ACC) have dropped their last two games, including a 75-65 home loss to North Carolina on Big Monday on Jan. 27 in their last game. NC State shot 42.4 percent from the field in the game, including 4-of-20 from three-point range (.200).

Senior guard Markell Johnson (13.2 ppg), second in the ACC in assists (6.5 apg), is just the fourth player in NC State history to score 1,000 points, hand out 500 assists and gather 125 steals. NC State is No. 60 in the Sagarin Ratings, No. 59 in the NET rankings, No. 46 in ESPN's College Basketball Power Index (BPI) and No. 56 by Ken Pomeroy through Jan. 29.
