Cardinals Add 30 Talented Newcomers to the 2019-20 Roster

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's and women's track and field teams have welcomed 30 talented newcomers to the program.

"Our coaching staff is excited to welcome an outstanding group of freshman and transfers to campus this fall," said head coach Dale Cowper. "The group has a proven record in both competition and the classroom. We look forward to getting them involved in the community this fall!"

The Louisville track and field newcomers are listed below:

Trey Allen (Birmingham, Ala.)

Events: High jump, long jump
Ranked as the No. 1 High Jumper out of high school
Two New Balance National Championships in high jump
Undefeated in his senior season

- Long Jump – 23'.7"

Isabelle Angerman (Dublin, Ohio)

Tiana Bazie (South Dennis, Mass.)

She has a terrific feel for the event and the hold ability to hold high-level separation deep into the delivery. Jonah Hyde (Helena, Ala.)

Helped lead Helena high school to three state championships

Cierra Jackson (Louisville, Ky.)
