Three Players Represent Louisville in USA Field Hockey's Women's Development Team Selection Camp

Ayars, Barr and McCrudden invited to participate in USA Field Hockey's Development Team Selection Camp
LANCASTER, Pa. – Three current or former University of Louisville field hockey players were selected to participate in the 2019 Women's Development Team Selection Camp.

Current student-athletes, rising senior Carter Ayars and rising redshirt junior Hollyn Barr along with 2016 alum Erin McCrudden will advance to the next step in the Olympic Development Pathway, the Development Squad Selection Camp which will be held in December. The group was selected following their performance in the Young Women's National Championship.
About Louisville
The Cardinals finished the 2018 season with a 13-6 overall record and ranked No. 14 in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) poll after earning the No. 3 seed in the 2018 ACC Championship. UofL will return 19 letterwinners from that team including NFHCA All-American Mercedes Pastor, fellow All-West Region selections Ayars, Alli Bitting and Bethany Russ.
