Hankenson Wraps Up First Day at the Texas Relays

The senior finishes the first day in 24th place
AUSTIN, Texas – After one day of competition, the University of Louisville's Holly Hankenson stands in 24th place of the heptathlon with 2,332 points through four events at the Texas Relays.
Hankenson clocked a time of 14.72 in the 100m hurdles to finish 18th, earning 879 points. She finished 11th in the 200m with a time of 25.67. She also finished 11th in the shot put with a throw of 11.48m/37-08 for 627 points.
Hankenson will complete the heptathlon on Thursday, beginning at 12 p.m. The remaining events are the javelin throw, long jump, and 800m.
