Louisville Welcomes Emilia Kaczmarczyk to 2019 Roster
University of Louisville field hockey coach Justine Sowry has announced that Emilia Kaczmarczyk has signed a National Letter-of-Intent to join the Cardinals in the fall of 2019. Kaczmarczyk is part of a class of seven newcomers who will be announced in the upcoming weeks.

High School: Repton School
Position: Midfielder/Defender

Emilia Kacmarczyk joins the Cardinals from Melton Mowbray, England. The midfielder/defender served as a team captain and helped lead Repton High School to the national championship in 2019. She also was a team captain for Repton Hockey Club U18 team and helped lead the indoor team to two national gold medals and a pair of silver medal finishes. In all, Kacmarczyk has played a part in nine national titles throughout her career.

Kacmarczyk was selected to serve as a captain for Repton School and Club U14 and U16 teams and was named club Player of the Season at the U14, U15 and U16 levels.

The multi-sport athlete also played rugby for five years.
