- Louisville improved to 53-22 all-time against Eastern Kentucky, including a 40-4 mark against the Colonels in Louisville.
- The Cardinals have won 15 straight in the series, tied for Louisville's longest active series winning streak (Virginia Tech).
- Saturday was the 10th game in Louisville history as the top-ranked team in the Associated Press poll.
- UofL is 4-2 in the regular season and 7-3 overall as the No. 1 team.

- Jordan Nwora finished with a game-high 26 points on Saturday.
- Nwora has led the Cardinals in scoring in all 11 games this season.
- Saturday marked the seventh time he has scored at least 20 points this season, and the 20th time in his career.
- Steven Enoch set a new career-high with 23 points on 9-of-10 shooting.
- Enoch surpassed his previous career-high of 22 points against Boston College on Feb. 27, 2019, his only other 20-point game of his career.
- Enoch has scored in double figures seven times in 11 games.
- Dwayne Sutton scored 11 points in the victory, his sixth game with double-digit points this season.
- Sutton now has 1,001 points for his career (593 at Louisville, 408 at UNC Asheville).
- Ryan McMahon surpassed 600 points for his career (601) with seven in the win.
- McMahon dished out a season-best six assists, the 10th game of his career with at least four helpers.
