Bethany Russ joined the Cardinals from Melbourne, Australia and earned a starting role her freshman season. After being sidelined by injury as a sophomore, she returned to lead the team with 11 goals and went on to earn All-ACC and NFHCA All-West Region honors in 2018.

As a senior and team co-captain, she again leads the team in goals and points and registered her first career hat trick in the win against Indiana. She has tallied 22 career goals in 57 games and will represent the Cardinals in the NFHCA Senior All-Star game on November 7.

The accounting major is a two-time ACC Academic honor roll selection and was named to the ACC All-Academic team in 2018. She will graduate in May 2020.
