Track and Field's Jerin Allen Will Compete in the NCAA Indoor Championships

Allen added to the list of participants for the men's high jump
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Senior Jerin Allen has been added to the list of participants for the men's high jump at the 2018 NCAA Track and Field Championships, giving the Cardinals seven qualifiers that will compete this weekend.
Allen has closed his senior season with a terrific campaign, grabbing two wins and posting top-five finishes at six meets in the high jump. Allen qualified for the NCAA Championships with a season-opening jump of 2.20m/7'2 ½" that placed him first at the Vanderbilt Opener on Dec. 2. Allen also took first at the Hoosier Hills Invitational on Feb. 9 with a jump of 2.12m/6'11 ½", while also earning third-place at the ACC Championships with a mark of 2.18m/7'1 ¾".
The championships will be held March 9 and 10 in College Station, Texas, and hosted by Texas A&M.
ESPN3 will stream the meet live starting at 6:30 p.m. ET March 9 and starting at 5 p.m. ET March 10. A re-air of the championship will take place starting at 7 p.m. ET Sunday, March 11 on ESPN2.
