Men's Golf Travels to Bearcat Invitational

The Cardinals set to compete on Sept. 25-26.
The University of Louisville men's golf team continues its fall season when the Cardinals travel to the 2017 Bearcat Invitational beginning Monday, Sept. 25, at Coldstream Country Club.
The two-day, 54-hole tournament features some of the top programs in the nation, including six squads that qualified for the 2017 NCAA Tournament.Â

The Cardinals opened the fall season last week at the Rod Meyers Invitational with a sixth-place overall finish. Matthias Schmid, a freshman from Maxhvette, Germany, was Louisville's low man, shooting an 8-under par 73-66-69=208 to finish in a tie for fourth-place in his first collegiate tournament.
