Allgeier, Bitting and Schneider selected to play in Stars and Stripes Elite Games following the National Futures Championship
University of Louisville incoming freshmen Biz Allgeier, Alli Bitting and Meghan Schneider played in USA Field Hockey's Under 19 Stars and Stripes Elite Game Thursday at Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Lancaster, Pa.

Allgeier (Louisville, Ky.), Bitting (Hummelstown, Pa.) and Schneider (San Diego, Calif.) were selected to the Elite Stars and Stripes roster after competing in the 2017 National Futures Championship. The nine- day showcase tournament featured 684 athletes from around the nation as part of USA Field Hockey's Olympic Development Pipeline.
