April 28, 2015 | Men's Golf
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville men's golfer Robin Sciot-Siegrist has been named the ACC Men's Co-Golfer of the Month for April, the league announced Tuesday.
Sciot-Siegrist shares the honor with the other two ACC tri-champions, Georgia Tech's Anders Albertson and Virginia Tech's Trevor Cone. The trio shared individual medalist honors at last weekend's ACC Championship, shooting 11-under par to earn the title.
Sciot-Siegrist, a junior from Rueil-Malmaison, France, leads the Cardinals in stroke average this season at 70.92. He has three top 5 and one more top 10 finishes during his junior campaign. In winning the ACC Championship last Sunday in the school's first season in the league, he now has two individual titles after tying for first at the Boilermaker Invitational in 2013.
Sciot-Siegrist fired a field-best 5-under par 67 on Sunday to share the title with Albertson and Cone. During the month of April, Sciot-Siegrist posted three top-five finishes and is currently ranked No. 37 in the country after his co-championship at the Old North State Club.
