Cardinals Set for General Hackler Championship

The University of Louisville men's golf team will spend its spring break in Murrells Inlet, S.C., to play in the General Hackler Championship, which begins on Monday, March 10.
The 54-hole event will be played at TPC Myrtle Beach which features a par 72, 6,950-yard layout. Two rounds will be played on Monday with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. and the final round will be played Tuesday, also with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. This will be Louisville's second event of the spring campaign
The Cardinals will look to rebound after an 11th-place finish in their first event of the spring. The Cardinals will send Robert Geibel, Max Walz, Robin Sciot-Siegrist, Antoine LeSaux and J.D. Lehman to the tee this week.
The 12-team field consists of Coastal Carolina (Host), Duke, East Carolina, East Tennessee State, Iowa State, Kent State, Lamar, Louisville, Middle Tennessee State, North Carolina, Northern Illinois and UNC Wilmington.
