Lundquist and Geibel Compete at U.S. Amateur Open

BROOKLINE, Mass. - Two University of Louisville men's golfers competed at the 2013 U.S. Amateur Open at the Country Club in Brookline, Mass.
Freshman Robert Geibel and sophomore Gus Lundquist competed Monday and Tuesday at the prestigious amateur event. Geibel finished in a tie for 223rd overall after shooting 75-78=153, while Lundquist was tied for 248th by carding 78-77=155.
The Cardinals will report to campus on Aug. 22 for the start of the 2013 fall season.
