
Men's Golf Finishes 10th at USF Invitational

TAMPA - - University of Louisville freshman men's golfer Robin Sciot-Siegrist carded a 2-under 70 to finish in a tie for sixth-place at the USF Invitational on Tuesday afternoon.
He fired a 214 overall this week, which was tied for the second-best finish in his career.
The Cardinals fired a third-round score of 293 as a team to finish in 10th place at Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club in Dade City.
Louisville shot 296-304-293=893, while NC State (860) edged out South Carolina (861) by one stroke to take the tournament title.
Sciot-Siegrist posted his second-best finish at Louisville after he had a third-place finish at the Cardinal Intercollegiate during the fall season.
Senior Chris Malec was tied for 34th overall after shooting 76-77-72=225, while junior Charlie Macneal was tied for 41st after carding 75-76-75=226.
Sophomore Henry Tomlinson placed in a tie for 50th overall with his 75-77-76=228 and Antoine LeSaux was 83rd after firing 81-78-81=240.
Louisville's spring season continues March 11-12 at the San Diego Intercollegiate in San Diego, Calif.
