FARMINGDALE, N.Y. - The University of Louisville men's golf team continued its fall season on Saturday at The McLaughin and sit in fourth place after one round. The second round was suspended due to darkness with two groupings on the course and will resume at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Auburn leads the 16-team field with a one-round score of 279. Johnson & Wales and Harvard are tied for second at 285 while Louisville is one stroke back at 286.
Maximilian Walz leads the team. Walz fired a 68 in the first round and is tied for third. Henry Tomlinson carded a 72 and is tied for 19th.
Freshmen Robin Sciot-Siegrist and Gus Lundquist both shot a 73 in the first round and are tied for 31st. Antoine LeSaux carded a 74 and is tied for 43rd.
The third and final round will begin at 7:30 a.m. The Cardinals will tee off at 8:30.
