Fathauer Advances in PGA Qualifying School

Louisville, Ky. - - Former University of Louisville All-American Derek Fathauer advanced in the PGA Qualifying School last weekend.

Fathauer shot a 9-under par 289 to finish tied for 10th at the recently completed first stage of the 2011 PGA Qualifying School at the PGA Club in Port St Lucie, Fla.

Fathauer will compete in the 2nd stage Nov. 15-18 at the Southern Plantation in Brooksville, Fla.

Fathauer played on the 2009 PGA Tour.
