
Men's Golf Moves Up To Eighth at Linger longer

GREENSBORO, Ga. --- - The University of Louisville's men's golf team moved up three spots in the Linger Longer Invitational on Saturday at Reynolds Landing.
The Cardinals improved to a tie for eighth place after firing a second-round 11-over-par 299. Louisville has a two-day total of 30-over 606, 27 shots behind Oklahoma State.
Riley Wheeldon paced the Cardinals in the second round as he shot a two-over-par 74 to finish with a 149 for the first two days.
Justin Dorward moved up four spots to sit in a tie for 20th-place overall after also shooting a two-over par 74.
Karsten Clements made the biggest leap, jumping up 13 spots after shooting 74. He moved from 48th to a tie for 35th.
Chris Biuso and Lewis Kirton are also tied for 68th with their two-day total of 158.
The final round of the Linger Longer Invitational will take place on Sunday. Live scoring and tee times can be found at golfstat.com.
