In the first CSCAA National Swimming and Diving Poll, the University of Louisville men's and women's teams are both in the top 20. The men's team debuts at 19 with the women weighing in at No. 20.
"This is a good starting point," said U of L coach Arthur Albiero. "We set our goals high and this gives us tangible evidence of our hard work and something to look forward to as we progress."
The Cardinals are coming off a pair of BIG EAST victories last weekend when both squads knocked off BIG EAST rivals West Virginia and Pitt.
