Cardinals Stand in Ninth at the Morris Williams Intercollegiate

AUSTIN, Texas - - The University of Louisville's men's golf team placed ninth after 36-holes at the Morris Williams Intercollegiate on Monday with a 596 total at the University of Texas Golf Club.
The Cardinals are currently 19 shots off the pace as Oklahoma State grabbed the lead with a two-round score of 577. Louisville shot 295 and 301 on Monday.
Adam Hadwin is the top Cardinal player after two rounds. Hadwin is tied for 20th place overall after shooting 70-77=147.
Daryl Fathauer is tied for 23rd place after his 74-75=149 and his brother, Derek, is tied for 34th place after his 75-75=150.
Adam Rainaud is also tied for 34th after shooting 74-76=150 and Karsten Clements is tied for 63rd place with his 78-79=157.
Louisville will look to rebound during tomorrow morning's final round. The Cardinals will close out play at the par-71, 7,412-yard layout at 9:30 a.m.
