
IU Cancels Indiana Relays Due to Inclement Weather

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Due to impending inclement weather, officials at Indiana University have cancelled this weekend's Indiana Relays, scheduled for Friday and Saturday in Bloomington, Ind.
U of L head coach Ron Mann indicated that any additions to the Cards' 2007 outdoor track and field schedule to replace the cancelled meet at IU would be announced by 3 p.m. ET on Friday, April 6.
The Cards have eight athletes in Austin, Texas, this week for the prestigious Texas Relays. That meet will begin Thursday afternoon for U of L's Heather Trimiew and Shaquan Brown in the preliminary round of the women's and men's 400m hurdles.
