
Football Spring Game Set For Friday Night

Louisville, Ky. - The University of Louisville's will end spring drills on Friday night with the annual Red-White Game at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. and admission is free.
The spring game culminates the end of spring drills for Steve Kragthorpe and the rest of the Cardinals. The Cards' had 14 spring practices before Friday night's spring game.
The game will match the Cardinal offensive units against the defensive teams. The first half will be played under normal clock rules with the second half featuring a running clock.
Kragthorpe will institute a new scoring system for the first time.

Offense DefenseTD: 6pts Stop: 2 ptsPat: 1 pt. 3 and out: 3 pts.FG: 3 pts. Turnover: 6 pts. Turnover returned for TD: 7 pts.
The 2006 senior class will be honored at halftime and the season's awards will also be handed out. Former NFL standouts scheduled to be in attendance are Chris Redman, Dave Ragone, Elvis Dumervil, Kerry Rhodes, Deion Branch and Ray Buchanan.
Following the game, fans will be allowed on the field to participate in a 30-minute autograph session. The clock will be set for 30 minutes and fans will be asked to leave after time has expired. Please limit autographed items to just one per person. Posters and roster cards will be available for fans to have autographed.
