Men's Golf Ties For Fifth

Charlotte, N.C. - The University of Louisville men's golf team team tied for fifth in a field of 18 at the Palisades Collegiate Golf Classic at the par-72, 6,797 yard Palisades Golf Course in Charlotte, N.C. The Cardinals tied for fifth with Tennessee-Chattanooga.
The Cardinals were tied for third after the first two rounds, but shot 291 on the third day to finish at 862.
Sophomore Adam Hadwin was steady throughout, finishing in a tie for 10th-place overall. He fired a four-under par 212 (70-71-71) in the two-day event to lead the Cardinals.
Junior Daryl Fathauer was tied for 17th at 74-69-72=215, while freshman Lewis Kirton tied for 25th at 71-73-73=217.
Junior Derek Fathauer fell into a tie for 28th place at 72-71-75=218 and junior Andrew Freeman was tied for 68th at 76-74-78=228.
