
Petrino Discusses Cards' Upcoming Spring Drills

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville football head coach Bobby Petrino, senior defensive tackle Amobi Okoye and junior quarterback Brian Brohm met with members of the media on Monday at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium to discuss spring practice, which is set to begin on Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET.
The Cards, who finished 2005 at 9-3 overall with an appearance in the Toyota Gator Bowl, are scheduled to host 14 practice sessions during spring drills and will close out the spring with the annual Spring Game presented by UPS and Chase Bank on Friday, April 21 at 7:30 p.m. ET at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. Admission is free to the spring game and a player autograph session will follow immediately after the game.
