
Men's Golf in Seventh Place at CSU

CHARDON, Ohio - - The University of Louisville men's golf team got its 2005-06 season started off Monday, as the Cardinals are in seventh place through two rounds at the Cleveland State Invitational.
A tandem of Louisville golfers - sophomore Derek Fathauer and senior Will Hanna - are tied for 21st at the tournament with two-round scores of 146 (+4).
Sophomore Daryl Fathauer is tied for 37th with a two-round total of 149, while sophomore Adam Rainaud is tied for 48th with 149. Freshman Adam Hadwin is tied for 67th place with 155.
The Cleveland State Invitational is being held at the Sand Ridge Golf Club (Par 71, 7085 yards) in Chardon, Ohio. Sand Ridge is the site of the 2006 NCAA Central Regional in May. The final 18-hole round will take place on Tuesday with a shotgun start at 8:45 a.m. (ET). Live scoring of the event will be available on www.golfstat.com.
