
Cardinal Merchandise Sale Planned for April 21

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - New and used clothing worn by University of Louisville coaches and student-athletes will go on sale Saturday, April 21 at 9 a.m. in a tent located outside Gate 2 at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
Among the merchandise available at discount prices at the "Yard Sale" will be game and practice jerseys, shorts, warm-ups, sweat shirts, jackets, T-shirts, shoes, polo shirts, sweaters, pullovers and more.
Brand-name apparel from adidas, Converse, Champion and others will be available in sizes ranging from small to 3XL. Shoes in men's sizes 9-18 will also be available. The inventory reduction sale will run until 4 p.m. or until the merchandise is sold.
The merchandise sale precedes the Cardinals' annual Spring Football Game, which will kick off at noon in Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. The first 2,000 fans to attend the game, a Kentucky Derby Festival event, will receive a free Pegasus Pin courtesy of Kroger.
U of L players and coaches will lead a free non-contact youth clinic beginning at 10 a.m. on the practice fields north of Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
Following the game, fans can take part in a free autograph and photo session with Cardinal players and coaches on the PJCS playing surface.
Fans can also enjoy Stadium Fest, which will feature food and live entertainment in the area surrounding PJCS. Bands will start performing after the game.
