Kadiri Named C-USA Track Athlete Of The Week

CHICAGO - Shola Kadiri has been named Conference USA Women's Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week, becoming the first Cardinal to earn the distinction this season.
Kadiri toppled the school indoor mark in the 20lb. weight throw for the third straight week with a distance of 54-4 at the the Rod McCravy Memorial. The sophomore captured top honors in the event and also placed fourth in the shot put competition with a throw of 44-1.25.
