A member of the UofL Athletics staff since 2014, Jeremy Noe was elevated to Assistant Athletic Director for Television Production in July 2021.
Noe joined UofL in its inaugural year in the Atlantic Coast Conference in 2014, starting UofL’s Cards TV operation with a 26-foot TV production mobile unit producing about 80 sports broadcasts annually for ESPN3, digital productions which have evolved into ACC Network Extra telecasts.
Noe oversees all live event television productions and in-venue video boards for all UofL athletic events. He serves as executive producer for UofL events on the ACC Network and other ESPN platforms, and manages the UofL Athletics Broadcast Center, the $8 million facility completed in August 2018 to support the ACC Network which launched a year later.
Noe started his professional career as a camera operator in 1995 and performed in many television production positions from producer, director, technical director, audio, replay and graphics. He has worked as a creative services producer for ABC affiliates and has been an operations manager in two top 50 television markets. Â Before joining the UofL staff, Noe was living on the road as a full-time freelancer/contractor for the ESPN family of Networks, Fox Sports, CBS Sports, NBC Sports Raycom Sports, and the SPEED Channel.
Noe is a 2001 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor of arts, humanities and a social sciences degree in broadcast communications with an emphasis in television production. Â A native of Elizabethtown, Ky., he is married to the former Carrie Mattingly. Â He has three stepchildren: Thomas Noe, Carra Cissell and Sarah Burtram.
