2024-25: Competed in the Music City Head Race and the Head of the Hooch in the fall as well as the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite, Sarasota 2K and the SIRA Championship Regatta in the spring season… At the Music City Head Race, coxed the Novice 8+ boat to a second place finish and guided the Varsity 4E boat to a sixth place finish (out of 20 boats)… At the Head of the Hooch, coxed the Varsity 8D boat that finished fourth in the Women’s Championship 8+ and guided the Novice boat that finished sixth out of 26 in the Women’s Collegiate Frosh/Novice 8+ race… Coxed the Varsity 4D boat that finished third in a field of 8 with a time of 16:29.973 in the Women’s Championship 4+ race at the Head of the Hooch… At the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite, coxed the 2V4 boat to a third-place finish in its heat… At the Sarasota 2K, coxed the 2V4 boat to a third place finish in its heat on Friday and a third-place showing on Saturday… At the SIRA Championship Regatta, coxed for the Novice 4 boat in to a first-place finish in its time trial, semifinal and won gold in the Novice 4 Final.

Prep: Pleune comes to UofL after rowing for Team Tampa for multiple years…In 2023, her Vasity 8+ boat placed third at the OARS Regatta and the Benderson Chase Regatta…During the 2024 season, her Varsity 8+ boat finished third in the Spring Sprints Regatta.

Personal: Born August 11…Parents are Mark and Julie Pleune…Has five siblings, Casey, Elyse, Owen, Blake, and Emersyn… Major is biology.
