2024-25: Competed in the Music City Head Race in the fall and the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, the Sarasota 2K, SIRA Championship Regatta, Lake Wheeler Invitational and the ACC Championship in the spring… At the Music City Head Race, rowed at the No. 4 seat in the Varsity 8C boat that finished fourth with a time of 19:00.2 at the Music City Head Race… Rowed at the No. 3 seat, helping the Varsity 4F boat to a time of 19:36.2 and an eighth-place finish (out of 20 boats)… At the ORCI, rowed at the No. 3 seat in the Varsity 4 boat to a third-place finish in its heat on Saturday against Duke and Notre Dame, with a time of 7:42.588… Rowed at the No. 3 seat in the Varsity 4 boat with a time of 6:38.288 to a second-place finish in its heat on Sunday at the ORCI against North Carolina and Alabama.. At the Sarasota 2K, rowed at the No. 3 seat in the Varsity 4 boat to a third place finish in its heat on Friday against Miami, Kansas, Michigan State and Alabama, with a time of 7:44.31… Rowed in the No. 3 seat in the Varsity 4 boat to a fourth-place finish on Saturday against Alabama, Michigan State, Jacksonville, UMass, and Boston College, with a time of 7:51.27… At the SIRA Championship Regatta rowed at the No.3 seat for the Varsity 4 boat that finished in second place in its time trial, with a time of 7:00.198, then took first-place in their Semifinal with a time of 7:44.589, against Highpoint, Rollins and Stetson… Rowed in seat No.3 for the Varsity 4 boat in the 4A Final on Saturday, coming in second with a time of 7:40.342…At the Lake Wheeler Invitational rowed at the No. 3 seat, helping the Varsity 4 boat to a fourth-place finish (7:43.716) in its heat and another fourth-place showing (7:38.667) in Friday’s second round… At the ACC Championship, rowed in the No. 4 seat, helping the 2V8 boat place third in the Petite Final with a time of 6:31.850, good for a third-place finish after being edged by Clemson (6:31.234) and finishing 1.413 seconds behind Notre Dame which won with a time of 6:30.437… on the first day of the championship, the 2V8 crew placed fifth in its heat with a time of 6:43.286

Prep: Allen comes to Louisville from Bay Shore, NY where she competed in three years of varsity rowing…Competed in two fall seasons with her club team, Oyster Bay Community Rowing, where she was selected to be in the Charles boat for both seasons...Allen also competed in multiple erg races, earning gold or silver in all competitions and setting a fastest time in the women’s category…She trained with the US Olympic Selection Development Program…With her scholastic spring team, she made it to nationals…Also participated in equestrian, ice skating, and dance.
