2014 Cross Country: Competed in three races as a junior … recorded a personal-best in the 8K distance … ran in both the Greater Louisville Classic and the Pre-Nationals Invitational … competed in the ACC Championships, finishing in 73rd place with an 8K time of 24:59.5.

2013-14: Did not compete.

Prep: Cross country and track regional champion at Eastern High under coach Michael Horan ... won the 3,200m regional title in 2011 ... also won the regional cross country title that year ... currently holds the school records in four events: mile, 3,200m, 5,000m, and 4x800m relay ... had a third-place finish at the state championships in cross country and the 3,200m event (2011-12) ... named to the boys Class-3A all-region team in 2011.
