2024-25 (Alabama):
• Earned a pair of top-five individual finishes on the cross country course, placing third at the Nicholls XC Invitational and fourth at the Firehawk Invitational
• Placed fourth in the 5000m at the LSU Battle on the Bayou during the outdoor season
High School:
• Finished 10th in the 3200m at the 2024 Nike Indoor Nationals
• Held Copley school record in the 3200m at the time of his graduation

• Majoring in biology

• Parents are Brian and Maria Wood
