2015-16: Had her best season to date ... First team Indoor All-American in the weight throw after finishing second at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... was second best indoor finish for the Cardinals in the weight throw, behind D'Ana McCarthy's two wins in 2009 and 2010 ... threw her best mark of the season in the weight throw, earning a victory at the ACC Indoor Championships with a mark of 21.64m/71-0 ... Earning first team All-ACC honors.

2014-15: Competed in the shot put, discus, hammer, and weight throw events during the indoor and outdoor season … set a career best in the hammer throw at 56.75m/186-2 en route to a third place finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships…earned Outdoor first team All-ACC and Indoor second team All-ACC honors…finished sixth in the hammer throw at the ACC Outdoor Championships…had 16 top-five finishes…earned four second place finishes in the weight throw during the indoor season...she earned Indoor All-America honors in the weight throw...also improved from the 198th thrower in the nation to the 12th thrower in the country in 2015.

2013-14: Competed in the indoor shot put and weight throw and the outdoor discus and javelin ... finished in fifth in the shot put with a career-best mark of 12.31m and fourth in the weight throw with a career-best mark of 17.08m at the Gene Edmunds Cup ... finished ninth in the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational weight throw, receiving a mark of 16.67m ... finished eighth in the weight throw at the Hoosier Hills meet, throwing for a mark of 16.66 ... finished fourth in the discus throw at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational with a mark of 47.26 ... finished fourth in the discus throw with a mark of 46.97 and fifth in the javelin throw with a career-best mark of 33.09 at the Border Battle meet ... finished fourth in the discus throw at the AAC Outdoor Championships with a career-best mark of 49.39 ... qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the discus throw, where she finished in 38th place with a mark of 47.23m.

Prep: Sectional champion in the shot put at Perry Meridian High under coach Steve Johnson ... won the title as a senior and advanced to regionals ... placed 10th in the state finals ... reached the sectionals and regionals championships for the shot put and discus as a junior ... was named track and field team MVP as a senior ... played on the school's basketball team as a freshman.
