COACHING HIGHLIGHTS
LOUISVILLE
• Guided Aliyah Welter (women's pole vault) and Paul Kallenberg (men's decathlon) to berths at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Championships, while Welter also qualified for the 2023 NCAA Indoor Championships in the pole vault.
• Kallenberg won his first ACC title, recording the highest point total at the 2023 ACC Outdoor Championships in the men's decathlon. He also set a new program record in the men's heptathlon during the indoor season, while finishing as the conference runner-up in the event.
• Welter finished second in the conference during the outdoor season and third during the indoor season in the women's pole vault.
• Helped five athletes earn qualfiying marks to the 2023 NCAA East Region Preliminaries.
ILLINOIS
• Served as the coach for men’s and women’s pole vault, as well as men’s combined events
• Helped Tori Thomas to qualify for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the pole vault
• Thomas also finished third in the pole vault at the Big Ten Championships in a mark of 4.23m, good for second in program history
• Along with Thomas, had two athletes score points at the Big Ten Championships
• Coached Aiden Ouimet to program record in the decathlon (7,348 points)

• Served as the coach for both men’s and women’s pole vault and horizontal jumps
• Has coached 18 Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) champions
• Helped guide team to 11 MVC championships (seven indoor, four outdoor)
• Saw 42 athletes honored as MVC All-Conference performers
• Guided 14 athletes to NCAA Division I Preliminary Round qualifications
• Coached squad to five Illinois State University records (men’s indoor pole vault, men’s outdoor pole vault, women’s indoor long jump, women’s outdoor long jump, women’s outdoor pole vault)
