2025-26: At the NCAA Championships, Romao placed 17th in the 1650-yard freestyle with a 16:08.93. She also competed in the 500-yard freestyle. At the ACC Championships, Romao finished fifth in the 1650-yard freestyle with a 16:09.65. She also took fourth in the 500-yard freestyle B-final with a 4:42.68. She wrapped up action competing in the 200-yard freestyle. Romao was named to the All-ACC Academic team. During the Dual Meet Season: Facing Xavier, she competed in the 1000-yard freestyle, finishing first with a time of 10:07.76. She then competed in the 200-yard backstroke where she placed fifth in exhibition with a time of 2:08.00. She then swam in the 400-yard freestyle relay, finishing with the fastest time in exhibition with a split of 53.54. Against Notre Dame she competed in the 1000-yard freestyle, placing first with a time of 9:35.15. She then swam in the 200-yard freestyle finishing with an exhibition time of 1:48.33. At the Ohio State Invite, Romao took second in the 1650-yard freestyle (15:57.78) and fourth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:41.56). Against Missouri, she swam in the 1000-yard freestyle, finishing second with a time of 9:37.10. Later, she competed in the 500-yard freestyle, finishing with a time of 4:44.27. Romao placed third in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:48.99. She also swam exhibition in the 200-yard freestyle relay and had a split of 23.76. At the Texas Showdown, she placed third in the 1650-yard freestyle (15:56.88) and sixth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:44.96). During the meet against the University of Cincinnati, Ramano finished third in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:48.99. Finally, she finished third in the 200-yard freestyle relay with a split of 22.39.
2024-25: At the Maria Lenk Trophy/Brazilian Swimming Championships, she won gold in the 800M freestyle (8:37.96) and silver in the 1500M freestyle (16:21.26). She competed at the World Aquatics Swimming Championships in the 1500M Free (15.59.08). At the NCAA Championships, she swam the 500 free in 4:45.11 and placed 22nd in the 1650 with a 16:07.15. At the ACC Championships, she scored 39 points. She was 14th in the 500 free (4:43.10) finals. She swam a 4:26.73 in the 400 IM and placed fourth in the 1650 with a time of 15:58.57. In the dual meet season, she won the 1650 against Cincinnati, clocking in at 16:02.94 and won the 500 free with a time of 4:50.37. Against Indiana, she won the 1000 free (9:32.33) and was fourth in the 500 free (4:45.03). In the Battle of the Bluegrass, Leticia won the 1000 free (9:40.32) and was fourth in the 500 free (4:47.65) against Kentucky.
